Installation Fee:

• Standard Fee: P1,500
• Coverage: No additional charges for installation within 300 meters from the Network Access Point.
• Additional Charge: P500 for areas more than 300 meters from the Network Access Point.

Equipment Policy:

• Ownership: All equipment remains the property of Fiberbro.
• Responsibility: Equipment must be returned upon request.
• Damage/Loss: Clients are responsible for payment if equipment is damaged or lost, based on its value.

Account Suspension:

• Payment Delay: Accounts will be suspended (no internet access) if payment is delayed by 10 days.
• Reconnection Fee: There is no fee for reconnection after payment is made.

Technical Support:

• Availability: 24/7 support.
• Troubleshooting Timeframe: Issues will be addressed within 24-72 hours.
